    Dan Solin wrote about this a few years ago, and continues to do so, but despite his and others’ efforts, mandatory arbitration of investor disputes continues to be the law of the land. Hopefully, incidents like this one will continue to shine sunlight on this process and make it purely voluntary in the future.
