The Texas Voter ID has been shot down by a Federal Court. Now on appeal…. To combat what?

The Star-Telegram recently reported that the Texas Voter ID law has been shot down by a Federal Appellate Court. Again, a draconian solution to a virtually non-existent problem. Good news for physically or economically infirm who still wish to vote in the next election.
